Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping on orders over $200 (before taxes). We ship from Canada to Worldwide.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

All shipments have the option to purchase shipping insurance at checkout. If no shipping insurance is purchased we are not responsible for lost, damaged, or marked delivered items.

Returns Policy

Didn't love it? No worries!

We accept items back for store credit via gift card or exchange only.

The items must be unworn, unwashed, and free from any odors (perfume, smoke), animal hair, and/or make-up. If you send back an item that does not meet this criteria, we will send it back to you with a note explaining why your return was not accepted.

Discount codes and coupons are not refundable.

Orders paid with Gift Cards will be refunded to the Gift Card first.

Exchanges must be started within 14 days of delivery, but our Holiday Return Policy is in effect! All purchases made between November 14 - December 24 are eligible for our Holiday Return Policy! This policy allows for an extension to January 10, 2025 to start your return.

You are responsible for all return shipping costs. All shipments must be sent back within 14 days of the claim acceptance, and they must arrive in proper packaging to ensure they do not arrive damaged. If they arrive damaged they will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

We provide exchanges, and the exchange order will be shipped to you with no additional shipping fee. But, we don't know what your exchange order is if you don't tell us! Please ensure you let us know what you are exchanging for at the time of starting your return. If the item you are hoping to exchange for sells out before we receive your return item, you will be issued a store credit.


We strive to treat all of our customers fairly and consistently and will not make any exceptions to this policy.

Items that are FINAL SALE include: undergarments (bras, underwear), hats, jewelry, any free gifts, or if mentioned in special promotion. Sale items are Final Sale.

[DEFECTIVE ITEMS]
Upon receiving your new items, try them on, make sure they fit, take some selfies - we want to see how great you look and to hear how much you LOVE your items! If you think you have received a defective item, Contact us via email at returns@oakandpearl.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We do our absolute best to ensure that every item shipped is free from defects. However, in the instance that this happens, it will be handled on a case by case basis.

We are NOT responsible for any damages resulting from cutting into packaging, or improper washing. Please also make sure you remove tags with a scissor vs ripping them out- as that may cause a hole to your garment and deem it not returnable.

These pieces haven’t arrived at our warehouse just yet, but by pre-ordering, you can secure yours before they sell out again!

Pre-order items usually ship out to you about 14-20 business days (excluding holidays and weekends).
