What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. The best reference for sizing is found in the Product Description or within a product photo. This sizing is specific to the item you are viewing.

We also provide a general size guide located underneath the available sizes for each of our products. All of our clothing is made to fit real women's in all shapes and sizes.

If you still aren't sure, reach out to us for assistance.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish we could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a store credit. You can start this process HERE.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We ship via Canada Post Expedited and United States Postal Service (USPS).

Express shipping is available for an additional $40 if you need your order faster than normal Please reach out to us for assistance to ensure your order will reach you in time.

What is the shipping policy?

We offer free shipping on orders over $200 (before taxes).

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Does your order say Delivered, but you don't have it yet? We have no control over the parcel once it ships, but send us an email at to let us help you start a claim with Canada Post to find it!

All shipments have the option to purchase shipping insurance at checkout. If no shipping insurance is purchased we are not responsible for lost, damaged, or marked delivered items.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

What is your return policy?

We accept items back for store credit via e-gift code or exchange only. The items must be unworn, unwashed, and free from any odors (perfume, smoke), animal hair, and/or make-up. If you send back an item that does not meet this criteria, we will hold the item until you let us know how you would like us to send it back to you.

Discount codes and coupons are not refundable.

To start an exchange, just go HERE. A claim must be created within 14 days of delivery.

You are responsible for all return shipping costs. All shipments must be sent back within 14 days of the claim acceptance, and they must arrive in proper packaging to ensure they do not arrive damaged. If they arrive damaged they will not be accepted.

We provide exchanges, and the exchange order will be shipped to you with no additional shipping fee. Just ensure you let us know what you are exchanging for at the time of starting your claim. If the item you are hoping to exchange for sells out before we receive your return item, you will be issued a store credit.

We strive to treat all of our customers fairly and consistently and will not make any exceptions to this policy.

Items that are FINAL SALE include: undergarments (bras, underwear), hats, jewelry, any free gifts, or if mentioned in special promotion. Sale items are Final Sale.

Upon receiving your new items, try them on, make sure they fit, take some selfies - we want to see how great you look and to hear how much you LOVE your items! If you think you have received a defective item, Contact us via email at within 14 days of receiving your order. We do our absolute best to ensure that every item shipped is free from defects. However, in the instance that this happens, it will be handled on a case by case basis.

We are NOT responsible for any damages resulting from cutting into packaging, or improper washing. Please also make sure you remove tags with a scissor vs ripping them out- as that may cause a hole to your garment and deem it not returnable.

Where do you ship from?

Our main office is in Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada where we prep and ship to you via Canada Post. Expedited shipping is our standard method of shipping, but we do offer Express shipping when you need your cute new style in a hurry!

Starting in 2022 we decided to access a second warehouse in the US so we could offer even more styles in a full size range from size small to 3X. These styles ship via USPS, so please allow 10-14 days for delivery.


These items are generally in hot demand, so we are constantly reordering them!

What is a pre-order?

Our pre-order items are not yet at our warehouse. Generally these items sold out so quick that we have already ordered more.

When will my pre-order ship?

The pre-order items from your order will ship to you within 14-20 business days once they reach our warehouse in British Columbia.
